Warranty and repair

 

All ICOS products carry a one year warranty, extended to five years once you register your product on the website.

 

For proper shipment, a flat rate is applied, by which ICOS provides you with the packaging and transporter service.

 

Maintenance of your ICOS devices

ICOS devices last a long time, but every decade or so, some care is required: 

• renewing CD mechanics

• changing capacitors and potentiometers

• on big satellites, renewal of the suspension

 

Used, refurbished and demo gear

ICOS owners rarely part with their gear. When they do, we're happy to advertise it for them, but we can also take it to the next level and refurbish it for a like-new performance and renewed warranty. Sometimes we also need to get rid of our demo gear, and there are good deals to be had. Watch this space.
